Job Summary:

We’re now building the next evolution, an AI-powered People Search Engine where users can type in their career or learning problem (e.g., “I’m stuck between data science and MBA”) and get instantly matched with relevant mentors to guide them. This project will shape how the next generation navigates career decisions using real human experience + AI intelligence.

So, We’re looking for AI Research Interns who are curious, analytical, and eager to help us build the intelligence behind our people search engine. Your role is to read user problems, tag them properly, and help the AI learn how to match people with the right mentors.

This is a non-coding internship ideal for students with basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT or Google, and a strong interest in how people think, choose careers, and make decisions. You’ll work closely with our AI, product, and mentorship teams to make the search engine smarter and more accurate.

Key Responsibilites:

1. Read and understand user-submitted career questions, doubts, or challenges.

2. Research the best domain, mentor category, or skill path to solve each query.

3. Tag and map problems to solutions using our internal dashboard (no coding).

4. Help build a structured dataset that links user problems with mentor expertise.

5. Work with the AI and product team to improve how search results are ranked and displayed.

6. Validate and suggest improvements to the AI’s problem-to-mentor mapping logic.

7. Explore patterns in career problems and then group them into categories like confusion, skill-gap, industry-switch, etc.

8. Contribute documentation and pattern libraries for AI training and prompt design.

Duration:

Internship Length: 6 Months
