Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage our in-house server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in server setup, maintenance, and automation, and will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure that powers our platform. You will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and high availability of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and maintain in-house servers and network infrastructure at our Ramapuram office.
• Monitor system performance and ensure server uptime, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement security measures to safeguard server infrastructure and data.
• Automate routine server management tasks such as backups, patch management, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize server configurations to improve performance and reduce latency.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Document server setups, processes, and protocols for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve server operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or System Administrator, managing in-house servers and network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Linux, Windows Server) and networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience with server monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of security practices for server infrastructure.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage servers physically on-site at the Ramapuram office.

Internship Length: 6 Months
