What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

1. Social Media Strategy & Growth

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Optimize content strategies based on audience insights, peak engagement times, and trending topics.
• Research and implement best practices for social media algorithms to increase organic reach and engagement.

2. Content Creation & Collaboration

• Work with content creators and designers to ensure high-quality and engaging social media posts.
• Collaborate with copywriters to improve SEO-optimized content for blogs, posts, and website pages.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions).
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support in running digital ads and measuring their success.

4. WhatsApp Outreach & Community Building

• Manage WhatsApp outreach campaigns to engage and onboard users.
• Clearly communicate Skillmate.ai’s value proposition to potential users and clients.

5. Trend Research & Digital Marketing Innovations

• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and engagement strategies.
• Test and implement new growth-hacking strategies to improve Skillmate.ai’s digital presence.

What We Expect (Requirements)

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (or willingness to learn).
• Experience in social media management or a strong understanding of platform algorithms.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and best practices for audience engagement.
